MENTORING

Make your impact.

The World Needs You to Become a Mentor

Mental Health is at its Lowest

Over 6 million men suffer from depression every year, and over 75% of all suicides in the U.S. are men.

Men are Physically Incapable

About 3/4 of men are overweight or obese, and this number is steadily increasing.

Testosterone Levels are Plummeting

Men’s testosterone levels have been rapidly declining year by year. We’re not the men we used to be.

Society is Suffering

We are in an epidemic of weak men, and weak men create hard times. Only strength can lead the way out.

Mentoring Is The Solution

Studies consistently show the presence of a mentor is significantly associated with positive outcomes. Join us to take part in this transformative solution in men’s health!

The need-to-knows of being a Certified AIM Mentor…

  • The dictionary defines a mentor as “a wise and trusted counselor or teacher”. This is technically accurate, but doesn’t fully encapsulate a mentor’s impact, particularly in a man’s life.

    Men face unique challenges and opportunities, but often lack a safe and non-judgmental space to have discussions on how to navigate life. Mentors provide precisely that, allowing mentees to grow, learn, and even make mistakes without fear.

    Mentors play a pivotal role in a man’s life, helping him uncover his strengths and potential by providing guidance, support, and wisdom gained from their own experiences. Said simply, a mentor motivates you, inspires you, guides you, and helps shape how you approach life and view the world.

    A quality mentor can truly be the difference maker in a man’s life, helping him become the best version of himself

  • AIM Mentors work with clients, or “mentees”, in both one-on-one and group settings to help them navigate life as masculine men, guide them in setting and achieving goals, and motivate them to be the best men they can be.

    Though a mentor’s role is not to prescribe, diagnose, nor treat any specific condition—they support clients in implementing changes and provide direction on many topics of manhood including mindset, relationships, success, nutrition, fitness, and more.

  • Conventional therapy often fails men because it offers them feminine solutions to their masculine problems. While men require purpose, capability, and accomplishment, therapy provides acceptance and understanding.

    Conventional therapy tends to be problem-focused, while mentoring is solution-focused. Deep down every man knows that his issues won’t be solved by simply talking about the past. Mentoring helps men take the action they know in their heart is necessary.

    We’re redefining therapy and self-improvement to provide men with a more actionable road to a better life.

  • There are two main categories of people that become AIM Mentors, and our certification program is extremely effective for both:

    1) People with prior qualifications that would like to add additional experience and/or hone in on a specialization in men’s improvement. This includes, but isn’t limited to: personal trainers, health coaches, life coaches, psychologists, therapists, physicians, teachers, and sports coaches.

    2) Those that will be starting a business in this industry for the first time and would like a comprehensive education on what it means to be a good man, a roadmap to success in being a Mentor and independent entrepreneur, and a level of credibility that comes with achieving a certificate of completion as an AIM Mentor.

  • Although many mentors have prior qualifications and use AIM as continued form of education and specialization, no prior qualifications are necessary to get started. This education gives you everything you need to start from scratch and go on to be a successful AIM Mentor.

  • A high schooler struggling to find his way. A twenty-something in a toxic relationship or going through a breakup. A 32 year old who realized it was finally time to take himself more seriously. A husband and father who wants to be a better man for his family…

    The possibilities are endless.

    In a society in which proper role models are scarce, there is no shortage of men who could use guidance from a mentor. As an AIM Mentor, you can choose to specialize within a particular niche or remain a generalist.

Carving a Name

I wrote my name upon the sand,
and trusted it would stand for aye;
But, soon, alas! the refluent sea
Had washed my feeble lines away.

I carved my name upon the wood,
And, after years, returned again;
I missed the shadow of the tree
That stretched of old upon the plain.

To solid marble next, my name
I gave as a perpetual trust;
An earthquake rent it to its base,
And now it lies, o’erlaid with dust.

All these have failed in wiser mood
I turn and ask myself, “What then?”
If I would have my name endure,
I’ll write it on the hearts of men,

In characters of living light,
Of kindly deeds and actions wrought.
And these, beyond the touch of time,
Shall live immortal as my thought.
